Course Overview

This hands-on course empowers clinicians to confidently place Immediate molar implants across single, multiple, and full-arch cases. Key topics include learning to classify molar root anatomy, optimize site management, and select the ideal implant design. Gain minimally invasive techniques for molar extraction and placement while preserving bone and tissue. With a focus on "Zero Bone Loss Concepts," this course will streamline your workflow and elevate patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives

  • This course is designed to increase doctor’s confidence by placing immediate molar implants and predictively broaden case selection.
  • Demonstrate immediate molar techniques in single, multiple and full arch cases.
  • Doctors will learn how to classify molar root anatomy and socket classification and use specific techniques and armamentarium used to manage molar sites.
  • Understanding implant macro-structure and properly selecting ideal implant core diameter and thread design.
  • Participants will see examples of how minimally invasive techniques can be used to remove molars and place implants while simultaneously reducing bone and tissue loss.

Hands-On Objectives

  • Integrating "Zero Bone Loss Concepts" into everyday dental implant practices that are efficient, profitable, and predictable.
  • Proper management of extraction sites to reduce bone and tissue loss.
  • See examples of how proper extraction site management can reduce the need for complex bone and tissue grafts.
  • Learn the protocols by placing implants on hands-on models simulating molar sockets to practice immediate molar implant techniques.
  • Select appropriate implant designs based on hands-on evaluations of the models' anatomy and become comfortable doing immediate load implants in a wide variety of molar sites.
