Course Description:

This intensive course is designed to guide clinicians through the full process of immediate implant placement—from initial consultation and planning to restoration and postoperative care. While covering essential theoretical concepts, the focus will be on practical application, helping clinicians of all experience levels confidently integrate immediate implant procedures into their daily practice. Participants will learn how to evaluate candidates for immediate implants, plan effectively, manage various surgical scenarios, and coordinate the restorative phase to ensure long-term success. The course also introduces cutting-edge digital workflows in implant dentistry, including digital record acquisition, same-day 3D printing, and the use of socket sealing abutments in both analog and digital formats. Clinicians will discover how digital workflows can simplify full-arch surgery and restoration, explore digital design through ExoCad, and gain insights into team-based approaches that emphasize collaboration with digitally advanced labs for optimal clinical outcomes.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, clinicians will be able to:
• Confidently assess patients for immediate implant placement.
• Understand key biomechanics related to implants and prosthetics.
• Safely perform immediate implant procedures across various clinical scenarios.
• Effectively manage complications associated with immediate implant placement and restoration.
• Restore immediate implants with a focus on optimizing esthetic and functional outcomes.
• Apply principles of crestal bone stability and the Zero Bone Loss Concept.
• Implement digital workflows, discussing digital records including 3D facial scanning and same-day 3D printing, in implant treatment.
• Learn how to fabricate socket sealing abutments chairside or by 3D printing method.
• Simplify full-arch implant surgery and restoration using a predictable digital workflow.
• Utilize digital planning tools and collaborate with advanced dental labs to achieve optimal clinical results.
