He has completed training at the Misch International Implant Institute as well as courses in complex restorative dentistry from Frank Spear at the Scottsdale Center for Advanced Dental Education and Howard Chasolen at the Chasolen Centre in Sarasota, Florida. He is currently working on his mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the Mississippi Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Course Description
This comprehensive course is designed to give delegates the experience and confidence to embark on their full arch treatment journey led by Dr.Vance Costello and his team, participants will learn contemporary protocols and techniques essential for predictable full arch surgery and restorative and esthetic outcomes.
Emphasizing a minimally invasive, patient-centric approach that is both biologically and prosthetically driven, this course ensures that attendees are well-equipped to manage a variety of cases. Participants will gain surgical hands-on experience by treating partially edentulous patients, and also observing Dr.Costello perform maxillary and mandibular full-arch treatments over-the-shoulder.
In addition, key course topics include virtual treatment planning using advanced digital workflows, surgical techniques, immediate load protocols, and a review of necessary tools to achieve desired long-term results.
By the end of this immersive 3-day course, which features live surgeries, workshops, and lectures, delegates will have mastered step-by-step protocols for diagnosing, planning, performing surgeries, and ultimately, delivering temporary prosthetics for full arch.

- Data Acquisition: Learn the intricacies of comprehensive digital record gathering for full arch cases
- Treatment Planning: Learn how to identify and decide the ideal treatment option for the patient (FP1, FP2 & FP3)- Master restorative driven virtual implant treatment planning utilizing advanced digital technologies
- Surgery: Learn how to perform minimally invasive full arch surgeries utilizing guided and freehand surgical techniques
- Soft & Hard Tissue Management: Master proper suturing techniques, soft tissue management principles & flap design for an optimal emergence profile
- Provisionalization & Prosthetic Design: Learn the different digital data gathering techniques for provisionalization (Photogrammetry), fundamentals of 3D printing & prosthetic delivery
- An active Louisiana Dental License is required for all surgical attendees
- Experience with implant surgery
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows
- Knowledge of prosthetic & restorative workflows
