Dr. Tuyen Nguyen is a first-generation immigrant dentist with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and continued education. He completed both his undergraduate and dental training in Minnesota, earning his DDS from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2002.

Since 2005, Dr. Nguyen has owned and operated Soft Dental in Rush City, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support comprehensive dental care. He has pursued advanced training across multiple disciplines, including endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Nguyen is a Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA), founded by Dr. Arun Garg. Since beginning his implant training in 2015, he has placed nearly 1,000 implants and has developed extensive experience in guided implant surgery, including designing and fabricating his own surgical guides since 2019.

He has a particular clinical interest in immediate anterior implant placement using the socket shield (root shield) technique. After initially performing the procedure freehand, he has transitioned to a fully guided approach and has completed approximately 50 cases to date.

Dr. Nguyen is passionate about sharing his clinical experience and practical insights with colleagues, with a focus on predictable and efficient implant outcomes.
