Biography

Dr. David Attiacompleted his undergraduate training at Griffith University, Queensland.Following graduation, he also completed postgraduate studies in the PostgraduateDiploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the City of LondonDental School and a Master’s of Science in Oral Implantology through GoetheUniversity in Frankfurt, Germany. Dr. Attia is a fellow of the Pierre FauchardAcademy, an active member of the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry(ASID), The International Team for Implantology (ITI) and a Diplomate of theInternational Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI. Dr. Attia is a Seniorfaculty and Clinical Supervisor for the Australasian College of DentalPractitioners Post-Graduate Diploma in Oral Implants Program, and also holds ateaching appointment with Goethe University as a surgical and clinical mentorfor Australian students completing their Master’s of Science in OralImplantology.  Whilst his clinicalpractice is referral based with a strong focus on surgical and rehabilitativetreatment modalities, Dr. Attia thoroughly enjoys the multi-disciplinaryapproach to clinical dentistry. David’s unique combination of education andtraining allows him to implement cutting-edge treatment, offering patientscomprehensive, predictable and long-term treatment solutions. He is passionateabout sharing knowledge lectures extensively on implant dentistry, periodontal-plasticsurgery and clinical photography both nationally and abroad. He is also regularlyinvolved in live surgical training of dentists looking to begin or advancetheir journey in dental implantology.
