Dr. Ali Elyassi is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland and completed his surgical residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, where he graduated at the top of his program. He is actively involved in surgical education and mentorship, serving as faculty within academic and clinical training environments. Dr. Elyassi lectures nationally and is deeply committed to advancing the next generation of surgeons through hands-on training and real world surgical application. His clinical expertise includes complex implant reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery, and advanced facial procedures, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and predictable outcomes. In addition to his clinical and academic roles, Dr. Elyassi serves as faculty with the ORCAA organization, participating in humanitarian surgical missions in Guatemala where he performs complex procedures while training and guiding surgical teams. As Co-Founder of Kaizen Surgical Academy, Dr. Elyassi is focused on building a modern surgical education platform centered around fundamentals, complication management, and high-level execution.
