Dr. Alexander Stewart, DMD, is a full-arch implant surgeon at Four Ever Smile Dental Implant Center in New York, where his practice is dedicated exclusively to comprehensive implant rehabilitation and immediate-load full-arch reconstruction. His career has focused on the surgical and prosthetic management of complex edentulous and terminal dentition cases, with expertise in All-on-X treatment protocols and digital treatment planning. Dr. Stewart routinely performs advanced implant procedures including sinus augmentation, guided bone regeneration, and zygomatic and pterygoid implants. He completed advanced postdoctoral training at NYU Langone and the Implant Pathway continuum, has over 1,000 continuing educating hours in implant dentistry, and has trained under many of the pioneers in modern implant dentistry. Dr. Stewart is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
