Description

Endodontic therapy and dental implants have classically been viewed as competing or opposing treatment philosophies.
This lecture aims to challenge this position, demonstrating how the disciplines can be quite complimentary.
A series of cases will be presented to highlight how an in depth understanding of endodontics and dental implants, particularly immediate dental implants, greatly enhances patient experience and treatment outcomes.

Course Objective

By the end of the course, clinicians will be able to:
• Understand an overview of modern endodontic treatment options and success rates.
• Understand case selection for endodontic and immediate dental implant treatment.
• Understand the benefits of immediate dental implant therapy.
• Understand criteria for successful immediate dental implants with an emphasis on the application of Zero Bone Loss Concepts
