Description

This comprehensive course presents a fully digital workflow for predictable and efficient All-on X treatment, with a focus on consultation strategy, preoperative diagnostic, and clinical decision-making. Dr. Howard Ochs will guide clinicians through digital pre-op records, FP1-FP3 treatment planning, and pre-operative digital wax-up, followed by a live All-on Xsurgery demonstrating real-time surgical and restorative decision-making. Participants will gain hands-on insight into the post-operative digital workflow, including photogrammetry with the Microm Mapper, intraoral scanning with the Trios 5, CBCT-based occlusion workflows, and prosthetci design in ExoCad. The course also covers same-day temporary fabrication using 3D printing, post-print finishing, temporary delivery and occlusal adjustment and post-op protocols with StellaLife, provide a seamless clinically efficient approach to delivering high-quality All-on-X restorations.Â

Course Objective

By the end of the course, clinicians will be able to:

  • Learn about consultation workflow and dialouge or All-on-X patients.
  • Gain an understanding of proper digital pre-op records for our All-on-X workflow.
  • Learn decision making for FP1, FP2 and FP3.
  • See the pre-op digital wax-up to prepare for surgery.
  • Watch live All-on-X surgery and see real time decision making.
  • Learn post-op digital records, photogrammetry with the MicromMapper, intraoral scanning with the Trios 5, and see out CBCT workflow for Accurate Occlusion.
  • See out digital design team align the records and design the prosthesis in ExoCad.
  • Learn the process of 3D printing same day temps.
  • Learn about post printing finishing of the prosthesis.
  • Learn how we adjust the occlusion and seal the access channels.
  • Learn our post-op instruction and Rx with StellaLife for All-on-X.
